It was a Thursday night and we headed to one of the newly opened restaurant Grub Shack situated in the healthcare city.The interiors are made contemporary without false sealing.in a corner there were few 🎤 for live music.
We had to wait a bit before we got our seats .
They have specializes in cuisines from western coastal regions of India mainly Goan and Maharashtrian .but not just that ,they also have Chinese as well.
As starter we called for a fire cracker prawns 🍤🍤which is one of the signature dish .We all liked it a lot.The prawns were perfectly cooked with right amount of spices.It has also got similarities with dynamite shrimp we had from another joint.
Another starter was chicken lollipop.🍗🍗it was quite good but we have had better ones.
Moving on to the main
For bread we opted a mix of butter naans and plain naans.
🍲Munna bhais mutton Rogan josh;It was filled with rich Indian flavors .Bit on the spicy 🌶 side.
🍲Pahadi chicken;It had a greenish thick gravy.Was going well with the naans.
That was better among the two.
🍹Blue lagoon mint perfect for a summer night.
🍹Mango & chilli(best of three)although the name seems spicy but was not.Quite impressive.
🍹Yuzu lemon🍋 & mint;bit too minty for my taste.
It is definitely one of the trendiest Indian Restaurant at present.
