15696789_10157935758905405_517318357_oWe discovered a new place for Pizza recently in Greens village known as Pfire pizza café .It is a New York based pizza joint which was launched in Dubai , almost 3 or 4 years back and is successfully running in the industry . The outlet is a little one with pretty wooden interiors. We get the comfort of sitting at home reading some books and have some delicious food. They have provision for take away as well. The man behind the place Bryan McCallum have plans to expand it to Barsha area as well. The specialties of Pfire are gluten free, thin crust pizzas. We were welcomed by one of the staff J.P and he introduced about this joint and how it is running. All the pizzas they serve are 12 inch pizzas and they also have few Pasta varieties to order. They serve hot drinks which is best during this climate.

We started with hot drinks and called for two lattes. The quantity was just right and arrived hot.Our starter came next which is the Garlic knots,a frequent seller here.It was glazed with decent amount of melted butter and was very soft on the inside.

Among pastas,Alfredo penne pasta is the best seller here. The sauce was rich and creamy with penne, roasted chicken cubes ,parsley and mushrooms.A must try dish in here. But be careful about the calories..
For pizzas, We could choose two topping in one and we decided to have pepperoni primo and Pfire primo. Pepperoni pizza is voted as the best one by Timeout Dubai. It is evident from the first bite. You should try it to know it. Pfire primo do not have any fancy toppings, just cheese, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms but even that have come out really well. The amount of cheese is just right for my palate.

A new pizza topping which Mr. Bryan McCallum introduced is the Brooklyn pizza which is not there on the menu. It is a combination of pepperonis, cheese, meat and some secret ingredients and it definitely is the show stopper on the day.The flavor was awesome and loved every bit.Hatsoff to Bryan for this splendid one.

To end the journey at Pfire, we decided to have the caramel slice and chocolate lava cake. Both were good but I liked the lava cake more as I am a big time chocolate lover.

Wishes to the whole team of Pfire and let it reach many more milestones.
